Social media as a whole continues to surpass growth estimates. eMarketer reported earlier this month that Twitter has over 18 million adults who access on at least a monthly basis. That’s a 200% increase over last year. eMarketer estimates that 44.2% of all Internet users in the U.S. are social network users.
